I get the same Unknown Command error after the change with Play specified playlist

My request
http://localhost/xScheduleCommand?Command=Play+specified+playlist&Parameters=a+kiss+a+toy

Docs...   
      Play specified playlist <playlist name>

         This plays the specified playlist once.

Answering my own question here...

Looks like + isn't recognized for spaces.  Using %20 instead works.
