Rendering Order
« on: November 13, 2018, 11:36:00 PM »
Is the rendering order only controlled by the master view or can each created view have an effect on rendering?

For example: The Lights Around the World sequence needs to have Whole House - No Yard on top, then Whole House below it in order to render correctly.  So I made a view that had the groups in that order.

Now lets say that most of my own work needed those two groups reversed.  So I don't want to be swapping them back and forth because invariably I will forget to change them back before rendering...

So can I have different views that will render correctly or do I need to manipulate the master view order for rendering purposes.  Hopefully, I got the question out there correctly...

There is one master view per sequence. Not amount of shenanigans will get around that. If you want some things in one order and some in another you can duplicate groups or even create models that map to the same channels.

Ah per sequence.  I thought there was one master and I needed to make a new one per sequence.

Many thanks!
