Bar behavior enhancement

Can you enhance the bar effect to include an option to have a single bar sweep across once, sweep back and forth once or continuously .

Have an option to size the single bar.

This give you a whole house color sweep.

Sometimes I see this effect called the Knight rider effect because of the car's red light that bounces back and fourth scanning.

Any chance to get this effect added this season?
