I'm not aware of any translated user manuals out there. That does not mean one could not be created, but it would be a labor intensive project.
The on-line version allows us to make edits and publish instantly for the one version. I could create a variant, as Gitbook calls it, and have another language applied to the pages. Unfortunately that setting does not affect the content that's there, only the non-editable text items from Gitbook. Every page would need to be translated.
A problem with the variants, is that they are independent of the main document. Any change made to the English version would have to be made to every language as well. This is an issue when the team members who make edits and add content can't get the manual up to date as is, let alone another language.
If you're interested, we do have a private FB group for the user manual authors, and are always open to more contributors to help out. It's not very active, and only a couple people actively editing and adding content.
