Repro Step:
1. Install 2019.22 build
2. Open an existing sequence or create a new sequence
3. Add a new timing track or select an existing timing track
4. Add a new timing mark or select an existing timing mark
5. Double-click (or Shift + double-click, depending on your Dclick Timing Mode setting) the timing mark
Expected:
The "Edit Label" dialog should appear
Actual:
The "Edit Label" dialog does not appear
Troubleshooting steps taken:
1. Opened multiple existing sequences. Issue persisted in all.
2. Created a new sequence. Issue persisted.
3. Created a new show directory and a new sequence. Issue persisted.
Workaround:
Installing a version previous to 2019.22, like 2019.21, corrects the issue.
