v66 kills RDP?
« on: November 27, 2019, 12:59:12 PM »
Loaded v66 on windows 10 and ran it locally last night. A few props did not shut off at the end. I moved off site. Tried this morning to RDP into the machine and got the error attached. Spent a few hours following that fix with no luck. Tried multiple remotes and only successful on a Linux platform. Local staff uninstalled 66 and reinstalled 64 and now RDP works.

I have no idea. You will need to be clearer about exactly what you are doing when the error is generating.

Are you just connecting to the RDP ... or is it when you try to run xLights from within an RDP session. What if xLights was already running when you connect. What if it wasnt.

Its showtime there and and I am remote so I don't want to test now. I'll stick with .64 with the memory leak that is manageable. All else works great and I like it! I will test after New Years.
