Video effect crashes xLights on Mac
« on: December 02, 2019, 06:21:54 PM »
Running version 2019.67

Downloaded and working with the 2018 Greatest Show.

When I try to copy and move one of the working video effects it crashes xlights.

So I tested putting a new video effect on a new sequence and it crashes it as well.

I do not get a dialog box form xlight with crash info.  I just get a box from the Mac to send a report to apple.

Can you re-try with 2019.68?   If found some cases where if the target model's WIDTH is not divisibly by 4 (or maybe 8), it wouldn't scale/copy the data correctly and corrupt some memory.  That is now fixed which I'm hoping fixes a bunch of the issues.    One of the issues with using the GPU is certain things do have restrictions like the width/heights of textures and such.
