Falcon F4v3 help please

I just built a 7 ft mega tree using falcon f4v3. Had it up and running by itself fine. Tried hooking my old LOR system to it kept crashing after 2 songs. Went online saw that since I've never updated firmware best to do it. At V 2.55 now. BUT in run mode or test mode it will only light up first 50 nodes  even tested all 16 strings and brought 2 new strings out to test it. I've contacted falcon but no responce back in 2 days. Any advice?? Thanks

Sounds like you need to configure the string ports via the web interface, or upload the configuration from xlights.  By default, the controller is set up only to run 50 pixels per port unless you adjust that.
