Downloaded 2019.72, now getting error

I dl'd 2019.72 this afternoon, and when I went to start xschedule tonight, I get this error......
Wha happen???

Reloaded *.71 and everything works fine now.

Now you can download 2019.73 which forces you to install the latest DLL you need.  Now all of our installs take longer since we couldn't get folks to check the download page to stay up to date.  You know how many times we answered this question the last 2 days?  Several Facebook posts and then 3 issues posted on Github in a row for the same issue.  And I think this was the 3rd post on the forum.  I'm not singling you out just saying its frustrating for us because we pay attention to all the posts and if others would at least keep up to date reading in just one spot they would solve half their answers.
