Lights per node
« on: January 01, 2020, 12:54:15 PM »
I was looking at some settings and noticed this setting and looked in the manual for clarification. In the manual it states that the Lights per node for pixel strips with 3 LEDs per controller chip, this would be 3. I am pretty sure my pixel strips fall under this category but I have my setting at 1 and they work perfectly. I don't remember seeing a controller chip on the strips, but I will be taking a closer look when I take the display down in a few days. Can you clarify this setting for me?
Thanks

This is just to make it look nice/right in xlights - no changes to the actual output to lights. ie .. 3 little lights will display on the model view if you were to zoom right in....
