I finally stood all 24 legs of my Megatree up in the driveway to test before I put them on my boat.
They are W2811 12v pixels from Ray with the PS set to 11.5 volts. Many effects looked great at 40% brightness even from 50 feet away. At 80-100%, I had to squint to see the effects properly in person.
40% brightness looks good to the eye, however on screen 40% is not useable.
In a future release it would be nice to have a Sequencing Brightness value that is global and still have the same output brightness we have now.
