Error when trying to Create New Download props

My Boscoyo Ice Queen snowflakes & 3 ring arches just arrived yesterday and when I go to add them using the Create New Download button and draw a square for the object I get an Error Message that says "Unable to retrieve any vendor information". There is a box behind it that says downloading models but it never brings up the option pick from the vendors like it did before because the Error box pops up over the top of it.

I was able to do this last week before I upgraded to version 2020.39 because I was messing around with that icon to see if I could add them & the 3 ring arches I was going to purchase before I bought them. I was able to add both but didn't save them on my layout. Well they came in yesterday and I was going to start to add them into my display and this error message pops up every time I try to use the 'Create New Download' icon. I reinstalled version 2020.39 and the same error message pops up every time.

Ok, I clicked on the Purge Download Cache under the Tools menu. It doesn't look like any thing happens, there are no dialog boxes or anything. So I go back and try to add the prop after clicking the 'Purge Download Cache' and I get the same error message as before.

Also I just tried to go back to 2020.37 which was the last version I was using and now I get the same error message when trying to "create new download" in that version. So then I upgraded back up to 2020.39 and still the same thing. I tried the 'Purge Download Cache' under Tools for both versions as well.

Where do I pull the logs from? I can do it from my work laptop as it probably won't much information on it as i just installed it on there 5 minutes ago.

Also I don't know if this helps or not. I just installed xLights on my work laptop that has never had xLights installed on it so it has no data as far as layout or controllers or anything. I tried to "Create New Download" on a blank layout and I received the same error message on that computer as well with version 2020.39.

There was a lot more at the top it was really long, I can post the whole thing if you want me or if you need it but that part I posted was about the vendors.

It looks like the problem is on the server end. We are likely to need to make a change to xlights to fix it as the hosting provider seems to be blocking non encrypted connections.

Ok I am glad it wasn't on my end because I thought I messed up my xLights somehow. In the meantime is there anyway to get a wiring diagram for the snowflakes or the 3 ring arches from boscoyo or do I just need to wait until there is an update or patch released? This was fixed about a month ago. You need to upgrade to the latest. .46 as of today.
