Adding props to existing sequence
« on: December 04, 2020, 05:10:39 AM »
If I have a complete sequence - how do I add a new prop to it?

The only way I can now is create new sequence and then I lose all my sequencing ...

On the sequence tab, in the list of existing models, right click at the bottom is Edit Display Elements. In that window move the props from the left to the right (> button) to add it to you existing sequence. There is a >> button that will move them all at once.

I have the same issue. I know how to use the edit elements tab but my two elements aren't modeled yet.  I want to build two single line elements and add to my sequence. Is there an easy way to insert them without having to re-address every element after them?

If you are using model chaining the system will do that for you.  But if you are already running a show you would have to upload changes to all your controllers.  I never worry about re-addressing until Oct when I lock everything down and upload all my configs to the controllers.  If I think I will be adding something after the fact I will often put the model in early and sequence them even though I have not bought them yet.  But at least the space is reserved in my sequences.
