I?m looking to build an led strip matrix to use as part of a my lighting props. I?m building them now ready for next year.
I?m thinking of using the silicone covered strip as so the prop can be used outside, however my concern is making the strip ends and the start of strips on each row waterproof especially where a cable will be required to pass data from one row to the next, and also at the start of each row and possibly the end of each row where power is injected to each strip.
Does anyone have any solution on making these joints waterproof both on the strip where cables are soldered and connectors transferring power and data?T
