Major Channel Overlapping
« on: August 23, 2021, 09:48:55 PM »
So this year I have made a couple of changes that has royally fouled things up.  I both added new props as well as daisy chained props together which in the past I have never done and have been wasting a lot of channels.  Both of these changes has created terrible channel overlapping.  I have tried to use the "make all start channels not overlapping" and it just makes things worse as it moves it the prop somewhere entirely different, often daisy chained to something random.  In the past I have set up my controllers in the setup to be identified by IP address and then universe.  For some reason when I added new props this last time I set them up to be by name instead of IP address and instead of a universe I identified a port number.  Now those items are "grayed" out in the start channel area and will not let me change it.  Is the only option I have to delete the newly added props and start over?  If so, I have completed two sequences this way and will it screw them up terribly to do so?

Thank you Keith.  I know what zoom is of course but do I need a camera and mic for what they need to do to help?

A camera. No.

A mic. Yes but you can dial in on your phone for the audio.
