Error when trying to download a model

I am trying to download the GE Spooky Tree B model but, I keep getting an error: Failure loading custom model. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm seeing similar issue today. The model downloads have always worked for me in the past, but now I'm getting "Unable to retrieve any vendor information". Wondering if the website Xlights is pulling the vendor models from is unreachable for some reason.

Only thing I can suggest is trying the option I believe under Tools to purge the vendor cache or download cache whatever its called.  Other than that usually its on the vendor to keep the data up to date and working.
