1200 Pixel matrix in xlights

Having trouble not sure how to fix this in Xlights.  I have a 1200 pixel matrix that I am trying to set up. In xlights software how do I configure this with Falcon F16v3 since each port is only 1024 max? Not sure if it matters but the board in split into 2s 600 top /600 bottom. Not sure if I need to run virtual strings or how to go about this.

You define the number of connections you plan on using in the model setup box.  If you want to put an output connector every 6 rows for example, you would define the Strands/String as 6
