Guys, I am just starting out with xLights and trying to get my layout set up so that I can start populating props and designing my layout.
I have been using LOR AC controllers for the last couple of years and am making my jump into the Pixel realm for next season.
I have selected the image of my house and yard that I want to use for this but it is only showing as a grey image.
As mentioned this is new for me so I have just downloaded the most recent SW version from xLights.org. I have looked in the OL manual and don't see any requirement of file type, although I have tried both .jpg and .png, however neither of them produce anything other than the grey image. In an older post in this forum (2017 I believe) someone else seamed to have the same issue and seems that exiting out of xLights and then restarting fixed his issues, I tried but still getting the same result. I have attached a snip of what it looks like.
