Cube Model Stagger Rows

Add Checkbox to stagger alternate rows using the Cube Model (Use Case- "Pixel Forest)
May consider also adding the option to have custom length rows within the Model.
E.G. Row 1- 10
        Row 2- 9
        Row 3- 10
Etc....
