I have been running LOR for several years, and looking to convert the Mega Tree to DMX for 2015.

Kent, do you also intend to covert that Mega Tree to pixels? If you are keeping the same lights (my mega tree is still 64 strands of Red, Green, Blue and White LEDs on LOR type AC controllers), then changing to DMX is useful but not required.
If changing to to Pixels, then this forum can be very helpful.
