Not able to add a model in sequencer

I am trying to add my 2nd megatree to the models to which I can apply effects in the sequencer, but it is not available as a drop down in the "add models" pop up.

Here's what I am doing in the sequencer tab (with a sequence open...):
Right clicking in one of the timing mark cells or one of the model cells, then
Clicking on "Edit Display Elements", then
Clicking on "Add Models"--at this point I NOT seeing several of my models in this popup, including six individual arches and my 2nd megatree. I verified that all six individual arches and the 2nd megatree are all checked "part of my display" on the preview models tab.

This only seems to be occurring on one specific sequence.

You know what that last sentence means...right?  We're gonna need that sequence.

Any time we need to troubleshoot a sequence or when you want to share sequences with others there are 3 files needed.  The xlights_rgbeffects.xml, xlights_networks.xml, and the xml file for the sequence.

Flyinverted--I posted here because I figured I might just be goofing something up going down the wrong path or something...   I shoulda known that I needed to post the file....   Arrgh.  Will post it tonight.

i am unable to duplicate what you describe. i am able to add new models to a new sequence.
I just made a tutorial movie using 4.0.9, model screen seemd to work fine.

we need to make a button that allows you to give use one or more xml sequence files, we will always grab the xlights_networks.xml and the xlights_rgbeffects.xml and zip them up,. i want to setup a ftp account and then upload them with your name. we just have not gotten around to make uploading files to us easy.
