Sample effect documentation

I'm working on documentation and starting with the effects. Here's a sample of Morph.. that is until Gil's updated Morph is released.  Comments on the format/data/ etc...

The plan is to have a complete reference guide when it's all done. The final format to be determined.

I'm thinking I want to remove the options "Use Head Start Color for Tail Start" and "Use Head End Color for Tail End" because the way we can easily select colors makes those kinda useless.  I only added them because they were in SuperStar and I was trying to support as many options that were there.  I could easily handle those options upon import to set the proper colors.

Also where it talks about the twisting it really doesn't have anything to do with a 50% threshold.  A twist happens when you flip the x1 and x2 values.  So if x1a=0 and x1b=10 and you set x2a=10 and x2b=0 it will twist.  It will be easier to see if I can ever develop a visual aid for setting the points.

With the frequent updates, I'll be sure to add the version # to keep track of things.  I'll redo the verbage on the twist. Makes total sense to me though!
