Custom Model, Strands

It there a way to define "strands" in a custom model.  I have a custom model for my front windows and would like to be able to "name" each segment I can also get just verticals or horizontals.

Not really ... in v39 I introduced a state model property and a state effect. It may allow you to do some things you want to do ... like easily set those pixels to a colour but i wont let you drop effects on them as if they were strands.

Yes a lot of us would like this capability.  It really requires nested models.
