MegaTree Skirt
« on: October 15, 2015, 03:02:07 AM »
I want to create some sort of skirt for my MegaTree, something around 20 pixels per string, this pixels will be on the ground.
My question is how should I do this, just a regular Matrix or extend my MegaTree 20 pixels?

Thanks

what about the holiday coro matrix web stuff?  as the tree skirt expands you get further and further, have to decide if you want to keep the density from above or let those pixels spread out.

Sorry I am not looking at the hardware part. I need an idea about how to position on the layout.

If you have the physical part figured out, do a custom model in excel for it, you can spread the base out pretty close.

It's not easy to make 32 symmetrical strings on excel that can be imported to xlights. You would be better off using the matrix instead. I think.

Have tried making a 180 tree and then squash the height short?
