27 channel controller dip switch issues

Ok what I am I missing here.
I have 3, 27 channel controllers set up in nutcracker starting at channel 81.
I have on the set up page them starting at channel 81 on universe 2. (universe 1 is 80 channels of LOR) On the actual board I have the dip switch set as follows 1,5,7 on all others off.(which I believe should be the setting for 81) The e1.31 goes from my computer to my diyledexpress bridge and out of bridge on output 2 (which I have setup starting at 81)
On the controller I get a activity (red led) that flashed every second or so.
When I go to xlights and try and test I get nothing. What am I doing incorrect.

Could  I have bad dip switch block, or is some bone head thing I'm missing.
BTW when I set the controller dip to 1 and 10 on I get Red lights on my nodes.

Im at work so I cant look at the screens but do you have the output set to enabled on the settings tab? Also you do have the control lights turn on?

Purchased from Paul, so it is Ray look alike.  Also strange thing is used it all last year, all be it on a different channel and driven from LOR.

Start your output from the bridge at 1, not 81.  It is shifting the output count.

got it.  I figured that out while I was AFK.  Thank you so much!!  I knew it was some bonehead move I'd made!
