P10 Test 1 50/50 Success
« on: April 05, 2016, 08:19:11 PM »
I have 4 panels running with my BBB and Octoscroller. By running I mean sections of the panels show lights. That's a dang good start in my book! LOL Since I have never worked with setting up a PSU like this and configuring the BBB w Cape I have to admit I am kind of proud of my progress. So here are a few things that are not working:

Only sections across the horizontal section of each panel is showing light. I used the Channel Testing as well as a FSEQ file from xLights. Pretty awesome it played. I had goosebumps. I'll figure this out as I am sure it's in the settings of my arrangement in the LED Panels tab. I'm using 2x2, Top Left, 32x16, RBG, Arrows pointed Down.

I am running FPP 1.8 on the BBB.

Attached are scree shots. Any help appreciated.

Ron

I unplugged everything to try the other side of the panel and now my BBB will not turn on. When I plug it in the blue light by the plug blinks once and nothing happens. What did I do??? I removed the cape and SD card and still the same. Dang it!

I see 2 things.
First, you don't need e1.31 enabled
Second, Output 2 should be 1 and 2, not 3 and 4

I won't get to try that now. My BBB will not turn on. Arghhhhh..... I ordered it from DIY LED and have sent them an email. Next project.....
