Thanks Gil.

So the key here is to turn off the timing track. Good to know.

I just tried holding down the (win 10) ctrl key and the mouse button down to select the ends of several models' effects---this is what I was looking to do--I was able to extend the ending time of several models' effects.   Thanks so much!

That's the hard way.  You gotta control select every effect if you use that method.

Gil, I tried again this morning.  If I have timing tracks off, and drag a box around ONLY the leading or trailing edges, the entire effect gets selected.  Only if I individually select each effect can I increase or decrease the length.  I'm still on 4.3.2.  Any ideas on why I'm not able to select only the edges?

Nevermind, I see you introduced this with 2016.3.  My bad!

Thanks Gil.    I have never turned off a timing track before; I have always left them in place....
Works like a champ!!
