Possible bug in 2016.9

I don't have a mic so I will have to type what is going on in the video. I created my layout in 2016.8 and everything worked like a champ. Now I installed 2016.9 and now when I try to open one of my sequences it tells me there is no model "matrix", but as you can see in the video it is defined. Plus I only have one yard group, but in 2016.9 when I try to load a sequence it shows about 9 groups. I don't know why.
Ok, here's the video

Any ideas???

First one is easy... the model name is "matrix" but in the sequence you have "Matrix". They are case sensitive.
Not sure on the other. Can you attach your xlights_*.xml files?
