New board to report bugs

Please post any bugs you have found in xLights here.

Open a new threasd "Fireworks crashes under certain circumstances" and attach your
xlights_rgbeffects.xml and maybe the  sequence.xml file.

Please dont say "It crashes", we cant fix those. Describe what you were doing, what row in teh grid, what model. be as specific as you can
