Crash received after expanding model to node level
« on: June 19, 2016, 08:39:50 PM »
I was not able to achieve the effect I was looking for (strobe)  at the 14.50 second mark on my arches.  So, I expanded one of my arches out to see what the nodes looked like; thought I might have some artifacts from last year, as the nodes did not have the effect I had applied at the model level.  Only a few nodes had any "on" I depressed the render button and got this debug file (attached).   Will try again to see if I get another debug.   This effect on this model seems to be acting weird.   Sometimes when I render it "looks correct"--random on/off as you would expect, but other times when I render there are just a few prolonged "on" effects on a few nodes.

Update--saved the S-O-M as an mp4 file.   It shows what the content of the nodes before and after I do the render.   This is what I was trying to describe in words last night.

I set the effect to the WHM and got pretty close to what I was looking for; not getting the crash tonight even when doing the same thing as last night...
