So not joining Facebook because your work blocks it...that's a new one for the lame excuse list...
Right, I should just quit my job. How dare an employer block social media stuff. Gil, sometimes I wonder how your thought process works! I have an account. It's not accessible from work. Is there a different way I could explain that? When I get home, I just don't feel like spending time following silliness on social media. Perhaps it's my loss, but I'm just fine with that.

Don't follow the social media part. Just access the FB groups you want and ignore the rest unless you have no self control.

That's not what I'm saying.   I'm saying its a stupid reason to say that you only will do your personal web browsing while at your job.  How about doing your job?

Ok, I can't believe I'm actually taking the time to explain this, but here goes:
I have a company car.  I have a company phone.  I have a company computer.  Etc.  These come at a price.  Meaning, I can't use the computer for certain things.  Facebook being one of them.  This includes AT HOME!  Now, I can have a personal computer, I can have a personal phone, I can have a personal car.  I'm not going to.  I'm not going to be THAT guy with two or more phones on his belt.  Why would I carry two laptops?  Why have a car that I have to drive just to make sure it gets driven?

I'm not sure if this is common, but it is in my area.  So, my personal web browsing is limited no matter where or when.  Yes I can use another computer or, I can even fire up an image and backdoor things, but I choose not to, mainly because things like Facebook are just not worth it.  Hopefully you are able to understood a little better now.  The little I know about you, you don't seem to get things when they differ from your "normal" way of life.

James

Yes, I'm sure my last post came across wrong. But if Gil wants to poke and jab then I'm going to return the favor.

Any chance we could get a demo on the Timing Event Jump effect?  I'm just not getting any response from it.

I can't do a video right now but ... Make sure you have an audio file. Make sure you have a timing track with timing marks. Drop a vumeter and make sure it crosses several timing bars. Make sure the effect is pointing at the right timing track. Make sure the jump option is selected. Then it should work.

I don't always post my videos here but you can find them (and Gils) on our respective YouTube pages.

Think I figured it out--I had Persistent checked...unchecked, and it's now doing something.
