Is there a way to globally make adjustments
« on: September 08, 2016, 05:07:47 PM »
When I take last years sequences and import sup or lms files and then add new effects from the current software I end up will a lot of different brightness and sparkles settings...
Can we make a global change within  that sequence so it changes all effects brightness and sparkle settings within the sequence.

There is not a way to do it with the GUI. Backup your XML file, and open it with Notepad ++. From there you can do a search and replace.

There's also the alternatives of setting the max brightness on the controller output ( I set my Falcon to 80%)
Also you can set the brightness curve on the models in xLights which is a global setting.

For the XML file, you'll need to do it manually.

Good luck!

Do not ask to know all the answers, but ask to understand the question.
