Import Time Adjust

I noticed that in recent builds there is now an option to specify a Time Adjust in milliseconds on the import.  This is a great enhancement and I've already used it to improve the sync of an import. 

Now, however, I have a need to import short animations multiple times at different time intervals.  I would like to see the Time Adjust option be able to have a much longer duration than the current maximum of 10,000 ms.  Would that be possible?  For my immediate needs, 20,000ms would be sufficient, but I could see this being used by others at much larger intervals.

In v50 you can move forward up to 10 mins. Back remains limited to -10 secs.
