Different Light sections lighting up

Hello all
I am newer to this hobby and have already started sequencing. I have a problem that some small sections of lights are coming on when they are not suppose to be or it is changing half of the light strip color. All channels are fine on the setup and layout screen but when I go to tools / check sequence it is giving me overlapping warnings. Any ideas on this.
The light are ws2811 smart pixel ribbon lights.

Well the overlap warnings are valid. Do you expect to have them?

Like Gil said, if your getting a warning and your lights aren't functioning properly, you probably have a setup problem. Post some screenshots.

You need to show us something like this for pillar 1 and 2 to start

Based on the check sequence output I can see some of your Pillar models are defined as having 210 to 225 pixels. You are trying to put them on one universe which can only hold 170 pixels. If your pillar is really 225 pixels then you can't try to start the next model at the beginning of the next universe. If you daisy chained your model definitions you would not have overlaps.
