Enhancement to generate random effects

It would be nice to be able to select which effects are used,  Perhaps a dialog listing available effects wtith check boxes.  What I would like to do for example chose a section of note onset marks and have it generate "pulse" effects (on: 100-0) rotating through the current color palette.

If you look on the Github issue list some of the oldest requests are from Sean to improve the random effect generation.  Its a big task for a program with so many variables like xLights.  Kinda hard to create a dialog that would allow you to specify everything.

Agreed what I was thinking isn't all options just an effect list.
