Video Card

I am running win 10 on a i7 6400k cpu and every now and then after saving what I call large sequence some of my video freezes on the monitor. Is this graphic card thing? I have a NVIDIA GTX 970. Just wondering

not video, its the xlights Graphic Interface I think you call it.
