muti sync in fpp not playing

im trying to add a couple more pie player to get my neighbors involved. the new player will play in standalone mode and the master see its their but when i play a song no lights come onive checked other players that r connected and cant see any differences. Help please

You didn't mention any of the steps it takes to run masters and remotes.  You define the master on one FPP and you define remote mode on the others.  In the master look under the settings to find where you actually check the boxes for which remotes you want it to control.  Then as long as the remotes have files with the exact same sequence names they should work.
