My mega tree color

I finished putting together a mega tree of 16 string of 50 pixels each and I'm using an E682 san devices with nutcraker 4, everything is fine the problem is that the colors that come out in the preview window are not the same colors in the mega tree , For example e used the Strobe Light effect only with white color and in the preview window  is correct but in the physical tree some red and blue dots come out. I want to thank you for the help in this reason and happy day thanksgiving to all.

Did you define all your universes as 510 size?

No, when I added the E1.31 controler I set with 16 universe at 512, do I have to make any changes in San device page or in the software.  thank you

You need to use 510 for all San Devices controllers so redefine it in xLights.
