Blink

Blink - an effect that would turn channels off and on quickly.  To do this now would require many timing marks
Options:
- single color
- alternating colors color 1 then color 2 then color 3, then color 1, color 2, etc
- duration of time in sequence default time increment. i.e., 50ms.
- count of how many times to cycle on/off and then quit

Purpose to show a beat, mimic clapping, mimic a rythmic cheer, etc

this would be nice for my "scary eyes"!

i had RGB rectangle pixels inside pex/pvc with eyes to allow light to go out.  with LSP i had these lights "blink" from various locations in the yard.

streamlining with inside LSP would be nice!
