Getting Background Image to Top of Page
« on: October 02, 2016, 10:43:12 PM »
I have a panorama view of my area that I need to put props in.  It does not fill the screen from top to bottom.
What I need to do is get that image to place itself at the TOP of the view.  Currently when it loads, it loads on the bottom.  I've tried and tried, but to no avail.

Anyone have any tips or tricks?

The attachment gives you an idea as to what I am trying to overcome.  Note that the black area at the top is not in the image.

Have you tried stretching the image vertically in photoshop or gimp?  Xlights can't adjust for this.

I think he just wants the image to be moved up and not to fill the space, i.e., the black space would be on the bottom of that window.  To fill the space the aspect ration gets way off.  I have a similar image issue where I have a wide image, but not very tall, a one story house with props on both sides of the house.  I can live with the black space wherever, but it does waste screen space.

Did you change the Height value to match the height of the image?

Thanks Gil.  Yep, I did do that.  Sometimes the simple things get overlooked.

I'm not sure if that means you did it and it fixed it or you had already done it and it didn't fix it.

Sorry about the long delay in responding.

I changed the settings Gil, as you stated to do earlier.
