MMS Show Setup
« on: January 15, 2014, 02:26:35 PM »
sequencer used in 2013?  Vixen 2.1.1 with effects run from a program that I wrote that generates a lot of effects for arches and windows.  It doesn't have a name.  I did use a NC to generate a few effects.

Did you use xlights/nutcracker in 2013? yes

Total channels in your show? 2,601

How many smart rgb channels? 2,538

What did you use to play your show (lor, lsp,Hls,vixen, xlights,pi player)? xLights for Windows (had issues with sound from Pi going to FM02).  I'm guessing that PK will have that fixed for next year!

Comments? What worked good, what was a challenge?
Good?  A cool thing for me this year was getting Denver's #1 afternoon radio show to record something for me.  I used the Falcon SSC firmware with no hiccups or hesitation.
Challenge?  Building the tree topper and affixing it to the top of the mega tree.  Finding the right setting for the 5V strips in the Falcon 16 setup (rectangle nodes-for the record).  I also felt "rushed" to get sequences done, but that's becoming "normal".  Finding time to help PK with his setup!  Trying to see all the animated shows in Denver and Springs areas.
