State Effect Bug

It looks like there might be a bug in the State Effect.  When the Mode is set to iterate, it doesn't seem to be doing anything.  I know this was working before, but I can't seem to find what version it was working going back now.  It works with the Default mode, but not the iterate mode.

Let me know if the files would help.

Here you go.  The problem is starting at 1:55. 

I had this working shortly after you posted a video about the state effect, but I can't remember what version that was.  Haven't played with this in at least a few versions so not sure when it stopped working.
