DIY LED Express 2017 Pre-Sale

Did anybody order items from DIY LED Express from their 2017 Pre-Sale in January?

I did and have not heard and/or received anything yet. I have emailed them twice and nothing. My order was placed on January 7 and paid for the same day.

Just wanted to see if I was the only one.

I got my box on Monday night. I got an email just prior with the Shipping cost (paypal request). Paid that, then it shipped the next day. Check your PayPal for a request.

I bought some pixels and connectors from DIYLED (not presales) and had some issues getting into contact with them when I had some that didn't work properly.   Turned out their email server had sent my email into the junk email folder and they had not seen my email requests...   ..which included my attempts to use the "contact us" button on their site.   

Recommend you send Todd a PM via DIYC forum just in case you are in same boat as me....

I just order the pixel pusher on Monday and it arrived today.  But that is not a pre-sale item.

I just received my pre-sale order last Thursday.  I have had nothing but good luck using Todd.  Things are a little delayed this year compared to prior but I suspect you will receive your order soon.
