Crash report generated on start up -

Sorry, I am Newbie, but these crash reports have appeared at start up producing a new empty application. Hopefully you will be able to figure out the reasons.

Do they happen every time? I tried loading your files and I am not seeing a crash ... anything more you can tell us?

Hi Keith,

The application loaded correctly a few mins ago for me with no issues, so, sorry I cannot throw any light on the subject  I am afraid. Since I am still learning the application I am unsure as to whether I did something wrong or if there was an issue in the package since it is the latest "alpha" version that has your single line / Vixen "lookalike" sequencing options involved.

I will watch and see what eventuates as I progress in baby steps, trusting that the learning curve will rise with  time :-)

Cheers,

Terry

I've never seen anything in Vixen that looks like the way our AC toolbar works but then again I've only seen the program like 15 minutes.  We used how LOR works as a guide so if it looks anything like Vixen it would be because they also copied LOR.
