I build my faces and did the mapping of strands and then later went back and named the strands something meaningful (besides the node1, node2,...). That renaming did not carry through to the face mapping so suddenly my sequences would not show anything for the face.
I went back in and selected the new names for the mapping and all is well. If possible would be great for the rename to update the mapping as well.
