I was just thinking of something that might be handy.
Being able to highlight a spot in the timing grid then with a right click be able to select highlight row or highlight column for being able to do bulk edit without the need to zoom in or out.
For instance being able to edit the color pallet in a column.
Or if you have a particular model that wanting to update the same effect on from beginning to end ( yes I know, boring) .
Off the top of my head I can't think of a downside to this.
