LOR CTB16PC controllers

I'm running xlights and have 7 LOR controllers attached to my pc using the LOR dongle, but when I run the show, not one light comes on on the LOR controllers.  They are in setup as the last item, network type LOR, com 3, baud rate 250000, 176 channels.  What am I doing wrong.

I have my LOR boxes setup as the first universe.  I also have them setup as DMX instead of LOR.  With several boxes, you can get some serious lag in sequences if you run them on the LOR protocol.  If you have Gen3 boxes, they will auto-detect and run either LOR or DMX.

Is the speed set correctly.

Consider simplifying the situation. Create a new show folder and just add the one lor universe and see if you can get it going.

Assuming that it's a usb LOR dongle I would try 2 things to get it going. Firstly I would close xlights then download and run da_dmx and see if your lights will work with that. Providing that works I would go back to xlights and change the USB setting for the dongle to Open DMX and see if that solves your problem.
