Your trees are not going to work because your XLights universes are larger than 150. The way you have this setup only the first few strands will do anything and only the first one will be right.

Also do you have output to lights turned on. Unicastt or multicast as well.

I can change the start channel but cannot change the end channel. How do you change the end channel?

Yes, Keithsw1111 you are right. Only the 1st 2 strands light up. So what should the number of universe for the trees be for it to work? Holidaycoro suggested it be Unicast. I think you hit the problem there on the nail. Do you have a suggestion for the number of universes?

You need how ever many universes it takes to cover the number channels you are using.  End channels are calculated based on how many nodes are in your model and what string type you've selected.
