Prop not working as expected
« on: December 15, 2017, 12:21:35 PM »
I have a prop I call my StarFlake Spinner.  It is a mashup of a Spinner, Snowflake, and two Stars.  I have modeled it in xLights to be able to control the various aspects of the prop.  I started the season running my show using my PC and xSchedule, during this time the prop worked as expected.  Due to issues of the show overloading my network I implemented FPP on a Raspberry Pi B, and most aspects of the show work great.  When I made the change the StarFlake Spinner quit working as before and is only lighting portions of the prop, particularly with my Snowflake.  When I test the channels of the prop through FPP everything will light properly.

This has me thoroughly stumped.  Any suggestions on what to do next will be welcomed.

So everything worked fine in xLights then you moved it to FPP and there are problems.  Sounds like a setup problem in FPP not matching what you setup in xLights.  Check universe definitions and channel sizes.
