Spot Light Effect

I have seen a few videos that have what looks like the old Hollywood spotlights going back & forth on the house. I have looked & even tried a few different effects but can not get the effect I am looking for. Remember the old searchlights in the sky that is what I am looking for.

Circles Effect
Increase "Size" to get the spotlight size
Increase "Number of Circles" to get the number of spotlights you want
Check "Bounce" to make them act like an old-fashioned spotlight
